We built a sturdy bulkhead with a 6x6x12 post and three 3x8 supports, using 16-foot tongue-and-groove boards secured by deadman posts with 5/8 galvanized rods. The backside features a filter cloth to prevent leaks and vegetation. All wood is treated with 0.60 CCA, spanning ~195 linear feet (including wing walls) and billed per linear foot.
The composite deck uses specialized framing for composite materials and premium composite decking, also 0.60 CCA-treated, covering ~1,273 sq ft (billed per sq ft). It includes a fishing deck, a jet ski area, and composite skirting around the dock. The customer selected the skirting brand and color from our options. We added new light posts (with customer-chosen bulbs), a motor box, a fish light, and two composite benches for functionality and comfort
