We built a sturdy bulkhead using a 6x6x12 post and three 3x8 supports, secured by 10-foot tongue-and-groove boards and helical anchors. The backside features a filter cloth to block leaks and prevent vegetation growth. All wood is treated with 0.60 CCA, covering ~70 linear feet (billed per linear foot). The composite deck uses new pilings and custom framing for Moisture Shield Cool decking, also 0.60 CCA-treated, spanning ~1,114 sq ft (billed per sq ft). The customer selected the deck color from our catalog. We added new metal steps, two light posts, and three motor boxes for jet ski lifts, creating a practical and appealing design.
