We constructed a robust bulkhead using a 6x6x12 post with three 3x8 supports, featuring 10-foot tongue-and-groove boards secured by helical anchors. Filter cloth covered the backside to prevent leaks and vegetation growth. All wood was treated with 0.60 CCA, spanning about 70 linear feet, charged by linear foot. The composite deck was built with new pilings and specialized framing for Moisture Shield Cool decking, also treated with 0.60 CCA, covering approximately 1,114 square feet, charged by square foot. You chose the deck color from a provided catalog. Additionally, we installed new metal steps, two light posts, and three motor boxes for jet ski lifts, ensuring a functional and attractive setup.
