This project features a new bulkhead with 6x6x12 posts, three 3x8 supports, and 12-foot tongue-and-groove boards tied back via deadman posts and galvanized helical anchors. Filter cloth prevents leaks and vegetation, with all 0.60 CCA-treated wood covering ~55 linear feet including wing walls.
The ~952 sq ft composite deck uses special framing, Moisture Shield Meridian Catalina with Cool Deck Technology, and color-matched stainless steel screws/plugs for a seamless finish.
Demolition removes ~945 sq ft of old deck and 55 ft of bulkhead (including hardware), with eco-compliant disposal and substructure inspection. Boatlift work includes removing/reinstalling two units for full function, plus new 1/4-inch stainless steel cables.

Additions: Two Moisture Shield composite light posts (customer provides bulbs); two composite motor boxes with water protection, piston hinges, and 2-ft flood raise; electrical runs to dock/lights with outlets at each post/box; 15x31-ft bikini top cover (8 legs); SlipGuard stairway with galvanized steps; painting of skirting/exposed wood; and composite L-shaped corner benches
